Clock app should have a "Home" clock when abroad

Summary:

We detect that the user is abroad by checking if the country from his Home address in his vcard is different than the country he is now.

Clock app in the World Clock tab should show a clock named "Home" with the time of the timezone of the Home address (from the vcard). If there already is a clock for this timezone we can label it as "Home".
