Some notification setting are not being saved between app reinstalls

Summary:
Not all notification settings are being preserved between app installations.

Steps to Reproduce:
Install an app that will send you occasional notifications (e.g. instagram).
Adjust notification settings in the settings app to be
	• Notification center: on;
	• Show: 10 recent items;
	• Alert style: none; 
	• Badge app icon: on;
	• Sounds: on;
	• View in Lock Screen: off;
Remove the app
Install it again

Expected Results:
Notification settings should be preserved

Actual Results:
Following settings do not match original selection:
	• Show: 5 recent items;
	• View in Lock Screen: on

Regression:
If all notification settings are set to off, they are being preserved between app installations
