Summary:
Setting up a new IMAP Mail account in IOS with an IDN-Domain fails with "invalid address" message

Steps to Reproduce:
Settings -> Mail, Documents, Calendars -> Add Account... -> Other -> Add Mail Account -
enter an email adress with an UTF-8 character (general@æon.at was the one i used) OR enter the punycode equivalent as a fallback mechanism (general@xn--on-0ia.at)

enter a password
tap "next"

Expected Results:
Mail account should be set up

Actual Results:
Message pops up stating:
"Invalid Email Address - Please enter a valid email address for this account."

Regression:

Notes:
general@æon.at should be a valid email address according to RFC 6530.
Even if iOS does not allow UTF-8 characters in emails there is a serious misbehavior with the punycode-part "xn--on-0ia" which consists of simple ascii characters.
