iTunes 11: Command+Shift+M shortcut no longer switches to/from Mini Player

Note that iTunes does not switch to Mini Player Expected Results: iTunes switches to Mini Player Actual Results: iTunes does not switch to Mini Player Regression: Shortcut worked just fine in iTunes 10.5 and prior. Notes: Didn't we go through this with iTunes 9?
