New iTunes plays wrong album when another sort option is set

On the artist tab, double clicking on an artist in the left column always plays the first album as determined alphabetically, regardless of chosen order.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On the artist tab in iTunes 11, sort albums by year (View -> View options).
2. Double click on an artist name.

Expected Results:
I would expect the first listed album to play, using the order I've just set.

Actual Results:
It always plays the first album as determined alphabetically, ignoring my "sort albums by year" option.
