iTunes 11: Store history does not add new history

Summary:
The Preview History button in the iTunes Store does not consistently add new items.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Listen to previews on the iTunes Store
2. Click the Preview History button in the Store

Expected Results:
History button displays items I have viewed or previewed on any device.

Actual Results:
History button often takes several days to update and shows only a random assortment of items, including some which I did not view or preview.

Regression:
Feature not present in previous versions

Notes:
The attached video demonstrates the problem (the two songs displayed were never viewed or previewed by me in iTunes or iOS and there are more than 20 songs absent in the last 4 days that I have previewed in iTunes.
