Launch from Maps doesn't work reliably if > 25 directions apps installed

Summary: Sometimes Maps displays installed directions apps but tapping on it does nothing. Steps to Reproduce: Install more than 25 directions apps that are authoritative for a given region. Expected Results: It should be possible to open all apps. Actual Results: Only some of the apps can be opened. Regression: Not tested whether this occurs in iOS 6.0, too.
