Xcode 4.6 DP4: Could not find a storyboard named 'xyz' or Could not find a ViewController name 'xyz'

It's very hard to reproduce (I couldn't yet) but sometimes, out of the blue, Xcode 4.6 won't find a storyboard or a ViewController inside (with Storyboard ID). Xcode 4.5 never has this problem, with the same project! Hoping this is known/dupe bug.
