Summary:
Do Not Disturb is a great and much needed feature of iOS 6 but it does have some possible enhancements with scheduling.

Examples:
Want phone calls at 8AM on Monday-Friday, but not until 10AM on the weekend.
Need to silence iPad used in classes from 5:30-9:30PM on Tuesdays, 9AM - 10AM and 12PM - 4PM on Monday/Wednesday/Friday (flexible scheduling with multiple blocks per day).
