There are no release notes for iOS 6.1 in the iOS Dev Center.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the iOS Dev Center (https://developer.apple.com/devcenter/ios/index.action)

Expected Results:
See release notes for iOS 6.1

Actual Results:
Don't see release notes for iOS 6.1

Regression:
iOS 6.0 came with release notes
