Unit Tests Won't Complete - Xcode 4.6

Summary:

Application unit tests do not consistently run.

Steps to Reproduce:

- Setup a new project with unit tests
- Add a handful of unit tests
- Type command+'u'
- Check Log Navigator
    - Possibility 1: unit tests completed, green checkmark
    - Possibility 2: unit tests did not complete, yellow prohibitory sign

If unit tests did not complete the following confusing message is logged:

> Test Suite '<Test Suite Class Name>' started at <Local Time>
> Test Case '-[<Test Suite Class Name> <Test Suite Method>]' started.
> Test Case '-[<Test Suite Class Name> <Test Suite Method>]' passed (0.002 seconds).
> <Test Suite Class Name> did not finish

Expected Results:

Test run to completion every time

Actual Results:

Your milage may very

Regression:

Sometimes (most times?) you can stick a break point in a random test method, let it pause, and then they finish green - without any code changes.
