Summary: It is impossible to setup a stretchable background image for a UIButton in Interface Builder.

Steps to Reproduce: Add a UIButton to a view in Interface Builder. Open the View Attributes Inspector.

Expected Results: I should be able to set the capInsets for the background image with a UIEdgeInsets in the same way I can set it up in code.

Actual Results: There is no such option.
