19-Mar-2013 03:57 PM Froderick McSpadden: Summary: Performing this command: /usr/bin/lpoptions -p printername -o printer-error-policy=abort-job sets the options to the CUPS error policy. You can see the results in printers.conf. However, lpoptions -p printername does not report the option as being present. Steps to Reproduce: /usr/bin/lpoptions -p printername -o printer-error-policy=abort-job /usr/bin/lpoptions -p printername | grep policy cat /etc/ppds/prin Expected Results: lpoptions should report from cups that the printer-error-policy option has been set to something other than the default. Actual Results: Nothing. printer-error-policy doesn't show up in the results of lpoptions. Regression: Exists all the way back to 10.6.8. Present in all of 10.7 Lion. Notes:
