UIDevice identifierForVendor documentation does not specify lifetime

Summary:

When using UIDevice identifierForVendor, it is important to know how long it will be available. Will it be available after the the app is deleted and re-installed? Will it be available after all the apps for that vendor have been deleted and re-installed? Will it be available after the device is erased?

This is important information for a developer to know when they use the identifier.
