Summary: For an app with background location on, after the background time is expired, expected ALAssetsLibraryChangedNotification don't get fired when the app is resumed. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have an app with background location permissions. 2. Background the app and wait for the background time to expire. 3. Take a picture with the camera roll. 4. Foreground the app Expected Results: An ALAssetsLibraryChangedNotification to be fired. Actual Results: No ALAssetsLibraryChangedNotification is fired. Regression: On iOS 6.1 and before. Notes: n/a
