SMJobCopyDictionary() does not work when running in sandbox.

Summary:
SMJobCopyDictionary() does not appear to currently work in applications that have been sandboxed.
Steps to Reproduce:
CFDictionaryRef pboardDictionary = SMJobCopyDictionary(kSMDomainUserLaunchd, CFSTR("com.apple.pboard"));
NSLog(@"%@", pboardDictionary);
Expected Results:
// dictionary describing the pboard job
Actual Results:
// pboardDictionary is NULL, however it is returned by the SMCopyAllJobDictionaries() function.

Notes:
Workaround atm is to loop over the results from SMCopyAllJobDictionaries looking for the given Label.
