Opening Manage Subscription link in iOS device does not work

Summary: According to the docs I should be able to open App Store's Manage Subscription page by doing this:
 
[[UIApplication sharedApplication] openURL:[NSURL URLWithString:@"https://buy.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZFinance.woa/wa/manageSubscriptions"]];

Steps to Reproduce: Run the above code

Expected Results: App Store app opens with manage subscription page

Actual Results: It says "Cannot connect to iTunes server"

Notes: I'm also wondering if I can open it directly by changing https to itms-apps. I tried before and it does not work.
