Summary:
applicationDidBecomeActive: not getting called after four finger swipe.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch any app. 
2.Do a four finger swipe to the top to see the task-switcher view.
3.Without actually dismissing the task-switcher view do a four finger swipe to the right(just drag it partially) and return back to the application launched.

Expected Results:
The application should receive  applicationDidBecomeActive:


Actual Results:
The application will not receive applicationDidBecomeActive:
