Cannot save AppleScript after modifying Info.plist

In AppleScript editor, if you modify the Info.plist of an app, it can never be saved again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch AppleScript Editor
2. Create new script (any contents)
3. Save as Application
4. Run Application
5. Open the bundle and edit the Info.plist.
	For example, add <key>LSUIElement</key><string>1</string>
	But any change will cause the problem.
6. Modify script and try to save.
7. Error: 'The document "…" could not be saved. The file doesn't exist."
8. Even removing change to the Info.plist does not resolve the issue. The file can never be saved in AppleScript Editor again.
