Flashing bookmark search results

Summary:
A search in the bookmarks view of Safari when the results are set to All blinks the results.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks
2. Enter a search term with results
3. Ensure All is selected as the scope

Expected Results:

Search results are shown

Actual Results:

Search results flash on and off

I have tracked down the cause of this. I use a web based timer application, which updates the document title every second. Each time the title changes, the bookmarks/history list is refreshed causing the flashing effect.
