Bug submission confirmation page welcomes the user

Summary:
When submitting a new bug report, the successful confirmation page starts with a bold "Welcome to the Apple Bug Reporter" title (see attached screenshot).

Steps to Reproduce:
Submit a new bug report.

Expected Results:
The page starts with a bold "Thank you!" title or doesn't have a title at all.

Actual Results:
The page starts with a bold "Welcome to the Apple Bug Reporter" title.

Notes:
It doesn't make sense to me to welcome the user after submitting a bug report, like if it would be the first page after logging in, since this isn't really the case.

We believe this issue has been addressed in the recent update to Bug Reporter.

To verify this issue, please log in at:
https://bugreport.apple.com

Please clear your browser's cache.  Old bookmarked URLs (https://bugreport.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects.....) will not work.  Simply use https://bugreport.apple.com

Please let us know whether that helps you resolve the issue by updating your bug report.
