[Xcode] Class methods are not autocompleted when using dot syntax

Summary:

When using the dot syntax on class methods, the autocomplete does not work.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open up an Xcode project and start typing `NSUserDefaults.standa` in a method.

Expected Results:

An autocomplete suggestion for `[NSUserDefaults standardUserDefaults]` shows up, completing to `NSUserDefaults.standardUserDefaults`.

Actual Results:

No autocomplete suggestions appear.

Regression:

This has been the behaviour for as long as I can remember, so no regression.

Engineering has determined that this issue behaves as intended based on the following:

The object dot syntax is for properties, not for object / class methods.
