Icon labels disappear sometimes while updating an app.

Summary: While updating an existing app, the label disappears. Instead of the name, "Loading...", or "Waiting...", it just says nothing. The label reappears when I tap the affected icon. See the Gmail app in the attached screenshot. Steps to Reproduce: Update an app and hope the label disappears.
