Summary:
Apple TV does not respond to "Select" button presses and cannot proceed past the language selection screen in 5.4 Seed 1.

Steps to Reproduce:
Flash ATV3 (non-rev A) with 11A4372q, plug in to mains and HDMI, attempt to proceed through initial setup.

Expected Results:
The ATV responds to all buttons on the remote.

Actual Results:
The ATV responds to all buttons on the remote except the center select button.

Regression:
11A4372q on first revision ATV3
