Photos -> Navigation item title label not removed

Steps to Reproduce: open Photos->albums->Camera roll-> individual photo->select photo to go to black background->go back observe title
sometimes navigation bar has double labels

Expected Results: no double title visible

Actual Results: title drawn one above the other
