10.9 (13A476u): Cannot use internal trackpad and keyboard at EFI login

Summary: With FileVault 2 enabled, I cannot use the MacBooks internal keyboard and trackpad at EFI login. Steps to Reproduce: Turn on FileVault 2, let it completely encrypt the disk. Reboot the Mac. At EFI login try to move the cursor or enter you password. Expected Results: I should be able to use trackpad and keyboard to select a user and enter my password. Actual Results: I cannot move the cursor or enter my password and have to use Bluetooth devices to do so (that have been paired previously). Regression: Notes:
