10.9 (13A476u): Time Machine stops backing up

Summary:

At some point today, Time Machine stopped backing up to my Time Capsule.



Steps to Reproduce:

Set up Time Machine and finish initial backup.
Wait for Time Machine to start new backup.


Expected Results:

After one hour Time Machine should do another backup by itself.


Actual Results:

Time Machine does not backup again, pushing back the "next backup"-time again and again.


Regression:

backupd does not show any activity in console.app
