Xcode5-DP (5A11314m): Current target is not selected when creating new classes

Summary:
When creating new classes, current target is not being selected by default

Steps to Reproduce:
Open any existent project or create a new one
Make sure that you have at least one build target 
Go to File → New → File
Choose any template (e.g. objective-c class)
Click Next and provide the name
Click Next

Expected Results:
Current Build Target should be selected by default

Actual Results:
No targets are selected

This is incredibly annoying, I spent like 15 minutes debugging this, and found this stupid error.
