Disable review and rating on beta-versions on the iOS App Store

It can't be expected that Apps on the App Store are compatible with betas of just released versions of iOS. As such developers and people with access to betas of iOS shouldn't be able to leave negative rating and reviews for apps that haven't had a chance to be updated.
