Allow CI for projects that do not use Xcode's build system

Summary:
I would love the ability to have Continuous Integration for projects that do not use Xcode's build system.  Some project that I work on use make or gyp.  Could we possibly have a way to specify the command to run for CI?

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to <server>/xcode
Create a new bot

Expected Results:
Be able to specify program and/or arguments for execution

Actual Results:
Required to input an Xcode project/workspace
