Summary:
Apps linked against the iOS 7.0 SDK crash if the MKMapRectIsNull function is used on devices running iOS 6 or earlier.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Link against the iOS 7.0 SDK
- Use the MKMapRectIsNull function somewhere in the app
- Run the app in the iOS 6.x simulator or on a device running iOS <6.x

Expected Results:
Checks if the map rect is null

Actual Results:
Crashes app
