Summary:
When choosing a new wallpaper from camera roll the clock is overlaid

Steps to Reproduce:

Goto: Settings - > Brightness & Wallpaper -> Wallpaper

Choose wallpaper

When previewed the clock is overlaid 

Expected Results:

Clock to be hidden unless setting lock screen

Actual Results:

Always visible

Regression:

Notes:

If intended, the clock is very hard to see when using your own photo from the camera roll.
