UICollectionView with UICollectionViewFlowLayout is throwing exceptions / crashing when under any kind of decent load
Steps to Reproduce:
Run the attached project on the iOS7 simulator
Expected Results:
Project runs without crashing
Actual Results:
Exception thrown that UIView has too many pending animations
Regression:
Project runs correctly on iOS6 (see STFlowLayout for work-around for known iOS6 bug)
