API to define and call vibrationpatterns in iPhone to improve accessibility

 
Summary:
To vastly improve accessibility for visually impaired a public API to define certain vibration patterns and to call them subsequently would allow for tactile encoding of information to communicate to these customers.

at the same time it would allow to improve user experience to standard customers, too if vibration could be used to emphasize e.g. certain touchevents.
