Affiliate Program: No way to find which is appropriate

Summary:
When linking from inside our App to the Mac App Store and using the Affiliate Program, we have no clue which link to use. 


Steps to Reproduce:
* In our Demo of the App, we would like to link to our affiliate program to participate in our app sales
* We have not clue if either LinkShare or TradeDoubler to use
* there is no way to find out which store the user will use to buy
* in TradeDoubler we also have no clue which country the user will buy


Expected Results:
* A link that uses the Affiliate Program independent of which country the user will buy


Actual Results:
* loss of data and revenue as we point to LinkShare but the user buys in Germany.
