added more notes cuz Apple just doesnt get it.

All strings should be considered prefixed with an empty string, because it should follow this pattern:

["foo" hasPrefix: "foo"] => true ["foo" hasPrefix: "fo"] => true ["foo" hasPrefix: "f"] => true ["foo" hasPrefix: ""] => true
