TEXT KIT: Incorrect text flow with exclusion paths and multiple NSTextContainers

Summary:

When adding exclusion paths to and NSTextContainer (in a multiple NSTextContainer set up) and the exclusion path spans the entire width of the UITextView/NSTextContainer text is drawn in the remaining NSTextContainers/UITextViews and not under the exclusion path.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create multiple NSTextContainers/UITextViews backed by the same NSLayoutManager and NSTextStore.
2. Add an exclusion path that is >= to the width of one of the NSTextContainer/UITextView's. (Using [UIBezierPath bezierPathWithRect:] is simplest.

Expected Results:

Text should flow below the exclusion path. Filling the remainder of the UITextView.

Actual Results:

Text flows into the other UITextView/NSTextContainers.

I have also tested in seed 4 (11A4435d) and this is still an issue.
