iOS Mail: Save [x] photos in sharesheet doesn't save all photos

Summary: When trying to save multiple attached photos in an email received in Mail on iOS not all images are saved

Steps to Reproduce:

1) receive email with multiple images
2) tap-hold on image
3) select "save x messages" in share sheet
4) go to photos app -> camera roll
5) notice that not all images have been saved (in my tests the first one is not saved)

Expected Results:

all images are saved

Actual Results:

some images are saved
