Orientation problem on entering springboard on iPad

Summary:  On locking device in portrait mode, resuming in portraitand flipping to landscape before passcode entry, springboard retains portrait orientation

Steps to Reproduce:  Lock iPad on the springboard in portrait mode.  Resume iPad, but before swiping to get back in or entering passcode lock, rotate to landscape.  When you enter sprinboard, orientation is still portrait, but rotated 90 degrees.

Expected Results:  Orientation should be landscape, filling full screen.

Actual Results:  Orientation is landscape, but view is in portrait mode.
