Please make the _protocol_getMethodTypeEncoding() function from the Objective-C runtime a supported and documented API.

Regression:
The _protocol_getMethodTypeEncoding() function was added in OS X 10.8.

Notes:
The protocol_getMethodDescription() function does not provide as much information as the _protocol_getMethodTypeEncoding() function which would allow better introspection.
