PDF Viewer shown empty pages

We have discovered some PDFs are shown fully in Adobe Reader and Chrome on windows but using Mac Safari and IOS PDF Viewer we seeing empty pages

See the final page, In safari we are seeing blank and in Adobe we are seeing bright sun image holding a computer

Rdar number fixed.

My Fault, I had problems logging to bug center and I emailed them with the bug.

The ID i had received from them must be from a different ticketing system.

I have resubmitted and modified it with the correct ID above.
