Summary:
The dynamic wallpaper's bubbles are stretched oddly for a moment during the screen rotation

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the lock screen with a dynamic wallpaper
2. Rotate the device

Expected Results:
The wallpaper rotates nicely

Actual Results:
Glitches happen
