iOS 7: blurred home screen background when closing Safari using 5-finger pinch

Summary:
When closing Safari on iOS 7 with the pinch-in gesture, the home screen wallpaper appears dark and blurred until I let go of my fingers. The glitch does not happen when closing the app using the home button nor with other apps.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Safari
2. Pinch in with 5 fingers to close the app

Expected Results:
The home screen wallpaper/background is revealed properly

Actual Results:
Home screen background is oddly blurred until the gesture finishes.

iOS 7 GM on iPad 3
