Update the ccid driver, libusb (dep) and pcsc-lite to a newer versions

Summary:
The bundled ccid driver is outdated, lacking many important bugfixes and common smartcard drivers. Newer versions (1.4.x) depends on libusb 1.0, which also is outdated (0.1.x).
pcsc-lite (version from MacOSForge) included in MacOS is also outdated, and missing bugfixes from SVN version.

Steps to Reproduce:
Plug in an epass2003 token in your Mac's USB port

Expected Results:
I should be able to see the token

Actual Results:
epass2003 token's aren't found
