Blocking a contact that has many numbers hangs iPhone

Summary:
iOS 7 allow users to block incoming calls by phone number or contact, but if a contact has a lot of numbers, blocking that contact will cause phone to hang for a long time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a contact in Contacts.app
2. add 20+ numbers to the newly created contact
3. block the contact in Phone.app
4. iPhone hangs

Expected Results:
Should show some kind of loading animation indicating work in progress.

Actual Results:
Phone hangs for a long time, Phone.app gets killed.
