Steps to reproduce

I need people to confirm me this is fixed in 10.9 though not in 10.8 (I don't have a 10.8 anymore right now)

  • Create a new Cocoa App
  • Run, press the Launchpad key, Launchpad should open :)
  • Go in - [AppDelegate applicationDidFinishLaunching:]
  • Add: [NSApp setPresentationOptions:NSApplicationPresentationAutoHideDock|NSApplicationPresentationDisableProcessSwitching];
  • Run, press the Launchpad key:
  • On 10.9 it shouldn't open (it's fixed then)
  • On previous OS X, it opens (the bug)

I can reproduce this issue.
