Summary:
In the past, a link like the following:
itms-apps://ax.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewContentsUserReviews?type=Purple+Software&id=506563991

would direct a user to the App Store Review page of the App represented by the ID parameter. That link no longer works. When the link is opened in the app, the iOS App Store app opens, but a blank page is show to the user.

Previously, the Review page would open for the app ID in question.

Steps to Reproduce:
In any iOS app, execute code similar to the following:
      NSString * appReviewURL = @"itms-apps://ax.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewContentsUserReviews?type=Purple+Software&id=506563991";
         [[UIApplication sharedApplication] openURL:[NSURL URLWithString:[Data sharedManager].appReviewURL]];


Expected Results:
iOS App Store app opens to product page for appID provided, in Reviews tab.

Actual Results:
App store opens and white, blank view is shown.

iOS 7.0+

Notes:
This problem currently exists in many well-known apps.

Configuration:
It always occurs in iOS 7.
