Summary:
http://developer.apple.com/rss/com.apple.adc.documentation.AppleOSX10.9.atom — the feed URL from the OS X 10.9 stub docset included in Xcode 5.0.1 — is inaccessible.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to subscribe to, or otherwise GET, http://developer.apple.com/rss/com.apple.adc.documentation.AppleOSX10.9.atom

Expected Results:
You get an Atom feed containing at least one article whose attachment is some version of the full OS X 10.9 docset.

404.
