Summary:
All of the options in the "Text Tone" in the Sounds preference pane use the default "Note" sound

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Sound Settings Pane
2. Select "Text Tone"
3. Select any of the available options

Expected Results:
Sound should change when you select a new option

Actual Results:
Every option plays the default "Note" sound
