IB: support UIEdgeInsets type for user defined runtime attributes

While the list of types does support Rect (and it actually works to set UIEdgeInsets using the Rect type because the struct representation is compatible) it lacks EdgeInsets. This would be useful and should be easy to implement since it's just a different value formatter.
